My Profile

I work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, I have experience in bilateral relations with Asia, multilateral relations particularly with the system of United Nations and also regarding consular protection and diplomacy.
I have a Master Degree in International Relations and International Law by the University of Aberdeen in United Kingdom.
Currently I'm doing my PhD in International Security in Universidad Anahuac Mexico.
