Bradley Tjongarero is a University of Pretoria Political Science graduate who is passionate about International Relations (IR), youth development and quality education and training. His IR research interests lie at the nexus of sustainable development, global governance, and decolonising IR theory. Bradley's career interests lie with foreign policy analysis / research, youth development and training, and social entrepreneurship and he's been fortunate to pursue relevant opportunities in Namibia, South Africa, Uganda, India, Brazil and the USA.
Over the last 5 years he has served in various Communications, Education & Development focused roles with the United Nations Information Centre (UNIC), the Perdeby Newspaper, the United Nations Association of South Africa (UNASA) & the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA).
Bradley's volunteer work has also largely been centered around youth development and training through the use and facilitation of Model United Nations (MUN) and Debating as experiential learning tools to engage youth on issues relating to economic inequality, international law and sustainable development.
