Frank Blay is the Former Speaker of Parliament for the Kwame Nkrumah University of
Science and Tech Students' Parliament House. He is also a Member of Amnesty International.
He worked at the Office of the President, Republic of Ghana as Office Assistant.
He is currently the Vice Chair for Aberdeen University Students Association in the United Kingdom.
