Based in New Delhi, I am a communications and public advocacy specialist currently associated with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) as Communications Officer for South Asia. My work experience encompasses strategic content-driven outreach, multilateral diplomatic engagement, youth mobilization on SDGs, thematic public advocacy, network-building, management of external and internal communications, institutional brand-building, news production and analysis on issues related to security, human rights and development. In the past, I have been associated with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, the Aspen Centre India, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Reuters Television. Some of my previous writings have appeared in The Huffington Post, The Guardian, Reuters Alertnet, Medium, Dawn (Pakistan), The Kashmir Times, Hardnews Magazine and The Asian Age.
